Course Overview:
Join us for a comprehensive Standard First Aid course that equips participants with essential first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills. Whether you need training to meet work requirements or simply want to be prepared to respond to emergencies at home, this course covers it all. Our training adheres to the latest first aid and CPR guidelines and meets the legislative requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards.
Completion Requirements:
- Demonstrate all required skills, including critical steps.
- 100% attendance and active participation.
- Achieve a minimum of 75% on a written, closed-book knowledge evaluation.
Certification:
Participants will receive a 3-year certification in Standard First Aid, CPR C, and AED, as well as certification in Responding to Emergencies.

- CPR and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator)
- Wound Care:
- External Bleeds (Deadly Bleeds) and Tourniquet Use

- Flail Chest
- Head, Neck, and Spinal Injuries:
- Spinal Precautions
- Concussions
- Bone, Muscle, and Joint Injuries:
